What if I have been sent the wrong items?
If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us by email using the 'Contact Us' tab and leave us your details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include your order reference number at all times when e-mailing our customer care team.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item purchased from our site, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must obtain a returns reference number. You can get this reference by emailing .
Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your full name, e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every effort to replace the item as quickly as possible. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, you have the right to refuse the order and contact us immediately.

The garment must be returned unused, unwashed and with the swing tickets still intact. If an item is returned within 14 days of purchase we are happy to exchange the item for a different size or colour. If you decide that you no longer require the garment we can offer a refund (excluding the cost of postage).
