ORDERS, RETURNS & PRIVACY POLICY

I‘m having difficulty placing my order.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble placing an order with us. The easiest solution is to contact us by e-mail using the 'Contact Us' tab on the website.

Our opening times are:

Monday to Thursday – 9:00 and 17:30 GMT, Friday – between 9:00 and 17:00 GMT

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order then please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our upmost to deal with your request.

What if I have been sent the wrong items?

If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us by email using the 'Contact Us' tab and leave us your details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include your order reference number at all times when e-mailing our customer care team.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item purchased from our site, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must obtain a returns reference number. You can get this reference by emailing Iguanaapparel@hotmail.com or using the contact us form.

Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your full name, e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every effort to replace the item as quickly as possible. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, you have the right to refuse the order and contact us immediately.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. All returns must obtain a returns reference number. You can get this reference by emailing iguanaapparel@hotmail.com or by using the contact us form. Please see our full Returns Policy below for more details.

The garment(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and with the swing tickets still intact. If an item is returned within 14 days of purchase we are happy to exchange the item for a different size or colour. If you decide that you no longer require the garment we can offer a refund (excluding the cost of postage). For any faulty goods purchased on our site please contact us and follow our returns procedure.

Please Note:We do not accept returns which do not have a returns reference number.

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us, we suggest that they are sent by recorded delivery to ensure they reach us safely. The cost of returning the item is at the expense of the customer. We only accept returns purchased through our website. Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the store directly.
